OVERVIEW
Lumen set out to redefine corporate storytelling, and Apex Reality’s AXR stage made it possible. Over three days and three cities (Denver, Seattle, and Los Angeles), the team delivered a fully live-streamed, high-impact event with more than nine hours of premium content inside a complete virtual stage experience. The production integrated real-time XR stages across locations, bringing a complete broadcast package of six distinct shooting stages, custom virtual sets, and dynamic content flow directly to the audience.

The goal was clear: match Lumen’s position as a leader in digital innovation with an innovative production approach. Apex brought the entire production to them, connecting speakers and stakeholders from across the Lumen ecosystem.
From concept to execution, the team built six distinct shooting stages with custom virtual sets and a fluid content flow designed for live broadcast.When challenges appeared, the production adapted in real time.
The final deliverable included 41 segments and 28 live interstitials across just two shoot days. The result was a broadcast-level production that elevated enterprise communication beyond a standard corporate event.
